Looks like it's going to be Modern Dubstep. Thre's a poll for it on the frontpage.

As to when it will be out, only time will tell. When Dave gets round to it I suppose.

Nah dub is like reggea but with an emphasis on bass. It uses lots of reverb, lots of delay, and pretty much always has a skank. Also reggae tends to use more real instruments where Dub uses synths.
I don't really know how to start explaining deep dubstep. I think Fent Plates are putting quite a lot of ambient stuff at the moment are they?

It's just speculation, modern could mean a lot of things.
