I need to know what this effect is!

Hey I've been trying to figure out an effect I've been hearing in some songs and I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify it.

Both times its on the vocals. Its not pitch down because I tried it and it doesn't sound like it :/ I'd like to know what it is and what to use to get that effect. I'm running Logic, Pro Tools, and Ableton so if anyone can tell me what it is and what plug in inside each program respectively creates it I'd really appreciate it! Thanks

They are vocal scratches or more like tape stops. (And yes that IS pitch down)

First one is indeed a stratch.
On the second one (the one from the MrSuicideSheep channel), it's obviously just a downward pitch bend. It just looks like something happens to the vocals.

But I'm interesting in this 'tape stop' you are talking about. Tell me more!

Aw man it looks great! Theres only one problem though, it is VST (both of my main hosts Logic, and ProTools don't use this format. Logic uses AU (Audio Units) and Pro Tools uses RTAS and AAX) and more importantly its Windows only. I'm running a Mac. It looks awesome though, do you have anything else like it?

Haha thanks man! This thread was useful. I learned the name of the effect so I could look it up. I downloaded this plug-in but I also found some useful tutorials on YouTube concerning this effect if anyone else has the same question.
